  A frontline aspirant in the race for the AMORAN Chairmanship position in Ogun State, Otunba Nurudeen Aina otherwise know has 'Alowonle' has described as befitting the appointment of a former local government Chairman in Sagamu, Hon. Funmi Efuwape, as a commissioner designate. 

  In a congratulatory message signed and released by his media team on Monday, Alowonle said with the appointment, Hon. Efuwape has another golden opportunity to impact the lives of the good people of Sagamu as she previously did and also to justify the huge contributions Sagamu made to the development of Ogun State. 

  Otunba Nurudeen observed that with Efuwape's experience as a former local government Chairman, she will not be found wanting in her latest assignment, which he described as challenging but surmountable. Going further, Alowonle stated that the consideration of Hon. Funmi Efuwape has given the good people of Sagamu a semblance of a sense of belonging. 

 The message reads in part, "I watched with delight and a sense of satisfaction, the pronouncement of our former local government Chairman in Sagamu, Mrs. Funmi Efuwape by the Ogun State House of Assembly Speaker, Hon. Kunle Oluomo as a commissioner designate. My joy stems from the fact that a right peg was chosen for the right hole. Knowing fully well your antecedents and giant strides as a former council Chairman, it is quote evident that you are well equipped to handle the affairs of the appointment you have been considered for. 

"I congratulate you for this golden opportunity to serve. I congratulate the good people of Sagamu for this opportunity granted them by the State government for a representation in the State's cabinet. Once again, congratulations Hon. Funmi Efuwape. May Almighty God grant you the wisdom to surmount this latest challenge".

  Hon. (Mrs) Olufunmilayo Temidayo Efuwape was the Executive Chairman of Sagamu local government (2011 - 2015) and also the Director of Women mobilization for Dapo Abiodun campaign organization prior to the 2019 governorship election.
